Our services streamline workflow, enhance transparency, elevate quality, and optimize time and cost to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Weekly Owners Meetings
Weekly project meetings are usually held at the job site with the presence of the owner, architect and the consultants to review and discuss the status of the project. This provides a forum to discuss any and all vital and time-sensitive issues including the schedule and the project manager’s logs.
Meeting Minutes
Minutes are taken by the construction manager and distributed timely to the entire project team, which captures the action items, discussion, responsibility and the due dates.
Construction Managers Logs
The Construction Manager and their team create and maintain logs to monitor the RFI’s, submittals and change orders. These logs are reviewed and discussed at the weekly owner’s meetings with the entire project team.
Scheduling
Project schedule is the road map for the construction of any project. The construction schedule is the most vital tool to ensure that the project is on track and will be delivered on time. Primavera schedule software (P6) and Microsoft Project Software is used to build a critical path method schedules for any and all projects up to 10,000 activities which include preconstruction activities, submittals, fabrications/deliveries, construction activities, punch list and close-out.
